HBR Solutions brings together the complementary experience of founders and directors Andrew Gatley and John Ward. Andrew contributes extensive people, leadership and business experience across hospitality, retail, aged care, corporate and not-for-profit environments. John brings the perspective of a local hospitality business operator through Blue Mini and a close understanding of the day-to-day realities faced by Peninsula businesses.
The business was created around a simple idea: local owners should be able to access clear, dependable support without being passed between disconnected providers. By bringing HR, bookkeeping and recruitment together, HBR Solutions helps clients strengthen their teams, understand their business and make confident decisions.
